Elevated Flow

Service Description

We switch up the vibes for a more modern yoga experience. Our Elevated Flow class offers music-driven, energetic flows rooted in tradition but designed to conjure up your inner fire with hip-hop music and funky beats. Each yoga party includes a one-hour yoga class and additional time in the studio to connect with your group and enjoy refreshments. The cost is $35 per participant, with a minimum of 5 participants per party. Our studio accommodates a maximum of 15 people. We provide coffee, tea, and water; in addition, groups are welcome to bring their own food and alcoholic beverages. Please contact us to book your next party!
